• Ensure consistency and quality in process execution

We are a leading financial institution seeking to enhance our network team with a highly skilled

consultant specializing in Cisco network equipment, including Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, and ASA Firewalls. The consultant will be responsible for implementing security controls and remediating audit issues. This includes managing authorizations, patching, setting up, and monitoring security systems.

Scope of work

The consultant will be required to:

• Implement security controls on Cisco network equipment (Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, ASA Firewalls)
• Remediate audit issues related to network security
• Manage network authorizations and access controls
• Perform patch management and ensure all network devices are up-to-date
• Set up and monitor security systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide detailed documentation and reports on all activities performed

Qualifications

The ideal consultant should have:

• Extensive experience with Cisco network equipment, particularly Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, and ASA Firewalls
• Proven track record in implementing security controls and remediating audit issues

• Drafting and Documenting Processes: Design, write, and document ITSM processes to ensure clarity, compliance with best practices, and alignment with organizational needs.

Contexte : Le service IT Administration & Support cherche à améliorer la gestion de ses projets informatiques liés à la plateforme ServiceNow. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Scrum Master expérimenté pour coordonner et guider nos équipes de développement Agile.

Objectif : Soutenir les pratiques Agile au sein des équipes projets ServiceNow, en se concentrant spécifiquement sur la méthodologie Scrum. Être facilitateur et coach pour les équipes de développement, les Product Owners, les project managers et les testeurs afin d'assurer une mise en œuvre efficace des processus Scrum

- Coaching : Former et coacher les équipes projets sur les meilleures pratiques Agile et Scrum.

- Faciliter toutes les réunions Scrum : Daily Standups, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, et Sprint Retrospectives.

- Résolution de conflits : Gérer les conflits au sein des équipe projets pour maintenir un environnement de travail sain et productif.

- Optimiser les processus : Identifier et implémenter des améliorations des processus pour maximiser l'efficacité de l'équipe.

- Contrôle Qualité des processus Agile : S'assurer que les membres de l'équipe respectent les processus Scrum mis en place.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises :

Your mission :

You will ensure a development of business & functional analysis:

- Experience in Risk/Credit (IT systems and operations)

IT skills :

- Expertise level in SQL and Oracle databases

- Expertise level in Python development for computation engines

• Compréhension des user stories et les exigences pour dériver les cas de test

• Préparation des specs de test en vue de l'automatisation pour notre équipe nearshore

• Conception ainsi qu'implémentation des tests d'intégration entre systèmes (interfaces, batchs, API, etc).

• Validation de la cohérence des processus entre les systèmes intégrés

• Conception ainsi qu'implémentation des tests de migration des données (préparation ainsi qu'exécution des requêtes SQL).

• Analyse des risques et prévenir les problèmes logiciels

• Préparation des rapports de test

• Appliquer les principes d'ingénierie de qualité tout au long du cycle de vie du produit agile

• Collaborer étroitement avec les autres membres de l'équipe ainsi que différents départements au sein de de l'entreprise

• Suivre les solutions jusqu'à la mise en production en structurant et planifiant les cycles de tests

• Valider la qualité du produit et proposer des améliorations fonctionnelles.

• Titulaire d'une formation d'ingénieur en informatique ou de type généraliste

• +3 ans d'expérience en tant que Test Engineer ou rôle similaire

• Vous avez une grande aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire et avez d'excellentes capacités de communication

• Compréhension et connaissance technique d'au moins une zone de chaque point ci-dessous : 

           o Base de données SQL & NOSQL (Mongo DB)
           o BDD, TDD (Cucumber, Specflow
           o Test API Rest/Soap avec Postman/SoapUi
           o UML & Entreprise Architect

           o Langage de programmation : Java, Python, C#, …etc
           o Intégration continue
           o Jira, Confluence, Xray or Zephyr

• Expérience de travail dans un environnement agile avec des équipes distantes et différentes parties prenantes
• Forte capacité d'auto-apprentissage avec apprentissage en cours d'emploi

• Bonne connaissance en anglais oral et écrit (niveau B2 mininum)

Vous serez investi sur des projets règlementaires, de migration ou d’implémentation pour nos clients Grands Comptes dans le secteur financier. 

Tâches à réaliser :

- Analyse des besoins lors du lancement des projets

- Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles (et/ou techniques) en validation avec les métiers

- Planification des périodes de recettes et des jeux de tests avec les utilisateurs et le chef de projet

- Revue régulière des priorités et de l’avancement des chantiers

- Développement d’outils / procédures pour « industrialiser » les développements informatiques (JIRA, Outils de versionning, planning) est un plus

- Rédaction de dossiers de pré-analyse

- Rédaction de dossiers de spécifications détaillées

- Responsable de la rédaction et réalisation de tests unitaires et rédaction de dossiers de tests

- Rédaction de documentation sur l'application, en vue de la reprise ou le partage de la connaissance par l’équipe projet

- Participation et suivi de la phase de recette avec les utilisateurs

- Communication avec le Project Manager pour le point de suivi de projet et le respect des délais des tâches à réaliser.

- Communication et organisation avec les prestataires de production en supervision du Chef de Projet, Manager.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Test Manager pour intégrer une équipe et travailler sur des nouveaux projets transversaux.

•  Objectif de la fonction

Assurer la conformité des applications livrées par rapport aux exigences formulées

•  Responsabilités et attributions

- Être le référent pour la mise en place de toutes les méthodologies de test.

- Coordonner et piloter différentes équipes.

- Planifier, préparer et exécuter les tests afin d’établir les caractéristiques des applicatifs et mettre en évidence les différences entre les comportements attendus et les résultats obtenus

- Supporter les projets et les intervenants dans les activités liées aux tests

- Comprendre les besoins métiers

•  Description des tâches majeures

- Préparer des cas et scénarios de test pertinents avec les jeux de données correspondants

- Communiquer efficacement sur les activités de tests par oral et écrit. Ceci inclus : plan de test, cas de test, scénarios de test, rapports d’anomalies et rapports de fin de test

- Identifier et enregistrer les anomalies trouvées durant les tests et se coordonne avec les équipes de développement / analyse pour assurer une correction efficace

•  Profil de formation

- Master universitaire en informatique, diplôme d’ingénieur EPF ou équivalent

- Certification en Software Testing (ISTQB, etc…)

•  Expérience professionnelle requise

- 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des tests informatique (conception, exécution)

- Avoir au moins une expérience de management des tests sur un projet mené avec une méthodologie agile (Scrum, etc.)

- Expérience dans la gestion de différentes équipes

- Capacité de travailler de manière autonome ou en groupe

- Capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches de front

- Connaissances du cycle de vie de projet et des méthodologies de test

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques Microsoft Office

- Maîtrise d’un outil de gestion de campagne de tests (Quality Center/ALM ou TOSCA ou équivalent)
